Ella was back to host OM TIMES TV with the theme of being here in each moment, and the power that time holds on all of us. In this episode of OM TIMES TV, Ella gives insight into how to come back to each moment, with wisdom from the late Ram Dass. This talk will open your eyes to the illusion of time, and how the past and the future are mental constructs. Ultimately, when in the fullness of each moment, you are not only in the flow but there is greater ease, and less fear. When in the fullness of each moment, you plan for the future in a completely different way, in a way that is expansive and open, as all directions of life live each moment.
