Ella was back to host OM TIMES TV with the theme of emotional clearing and balance. In this episode of OM TIMES TV, Ella introduces Samskaras, patterns in the brain that repeat lifetime over lifetime and cause unhealthy patterns(emotional scars) to perpetuate in one’s life. There are some unique nuances on this topic, and Ella conveyed insights in a way that would land well for someone that is new to the topic of emotional scars.
